Message: Beth,
Weather it is immediately apparent or not, what we eat makes all the difference in everything about our bodies.
Good balanced nutrition is the key to good physical health and mental balance and well being.

Message: or, you could use the natural nails growth formula found on this site and not buy a lot of expensive vitamins. i'm not against expanding one's horizons when it comes to nutrition, but i also don't want people wasting a lot of money on supplements that make false promises. we all could stand to eat better, get more exercise and just take better care of ourselves and that includes our skin and nails. taking supplements by the handful isn't the answer. society is already way too "pill happy" and looking for the "next great cure" as it is. sometimes simple is better.
