 Subject: Fast Finger Nail Growth

I hurt my finger about 2 months ago and now
my nail is completely purple from the bruise. It
is growing out extremely slowly. Someone
told me to break it but that just hurt and didn't
work, now it is even uglier. I guess it just
needs to grow out a lot! What can I do to
speed up my nail growth? Can I eat certain
things, buy something, what?

I have been biting my nails since I could chew. I am 16 now and my nails don't seem to have any hope of growing again. My skin has even grown over my thumb nail. What should I do?

first, you have decide to stop the biting. nothing else will happen until you decide you've had enough. it doesn't happen overnight. it took a lot of years to destroy them and it takes months to reclaim them. you can do it, but you have to make the decision.
