Message: Please don't write in captials, it's irritating to read. Learning how to spell and using correct grammar would help also. The original post was a year and 4 months ago-I don't think Tiffany probably gives a rip about them anymore. If she got acrylics, what she has now, is ruined nail beds underneath.

Message: Reyna, you can do whatever you want with your nails, that is your business. I am someone who has had "fake" nails, and I do not wish to continue with them any more. The owner of this site is a really nice lady, and she promotes natural nails. If you do not want to go natural, why post on this board? Your posting here in capital letters is not going to change anything. And frankly it's silly, 'cause you are just wasting your time, and space on the forum. You want to do what feels good for you? Great, wear acrylics! I'd rather be healthy and natural!

Message: joytoday,
thank you. i was hoping someone would notice the big "waste of space" factor. i always felt like such a "fraud" when people would comment on how nice my nails looked. i know they were bought and paid for, but it just wasn't something i was proud of for some reason.

Message: Cheryl, you are so right. Yeah my nails looked great too, until about a week and a half went by and it was time for a fill! Then they looked horrid! So then you are stuck in this continuous rut of going to the salon every two weeks in order to keep up the look. I have posted before that I have good nails. So I personally would rather take this time to nurse them back to health. Other people can do whatever they want to do.
By the way, I am in my 3rd week now with NGF, and I can't express how happy I am with my cuticles and nails. They continue to be very nice and hydrated. And thank goodness, 'cause it is turning COLD up here in PA! I just have to continue to be patient growing them out...

Message: That's true, because technically this part of the state is still "the mid-Atlantic". I am not far at all from DC and Baltimore. I know, that lake effect snow can be a drag...we are suseptible to surprise nor'easters, they can dump up to 2 feet on us, when we were only expecting 1 to 3 inches! Don't you hate that!

Message: our lake effect stops when lake erie freezes over-which, some winters doesn't happen. we are so far west in new york state that most nor'easters just pass us by, headed up the coast. believe me, i'd like to separate from the NYC/long island side of the state. so many people, when they hear,"i live in new york", automatically assume-NY city. i couldn't live any farther away from there and still be a resident of NY! i have nothing against folks who live there, but there's so much more to this state than that huge metropolis! makes me a little crazy, could you tell?!
