Subject: Ridged Nails and Diabetes?
Message: I'm like everyone else with the ridged fingernails and I must tell you that I have been wondering for a while if that could be caused by diabetes? I would to hear a reply from someone who has knowledge in this area and if not I would appreciate any kind of suggestion on what I can do... I know I'm lacking some vitiams in my diet and another thing is could all this be caused by premature graying as well?

Message: Rosey,
There are lots of possibilities, and among them is the diabetes possibility.....
Also, just aging creates it own set of "problems" with regards to our nails.
I don't know how old you are, but I started noticing these changes at about 45....
That said, the Natural Nails Buffing Cream will smooth out the imperfections in the surface of the nails. That is the reason for its' development.
You might want to consider this, and give it try because it really does work.

Message: Is it dangerous to apply acrylic nails to someone who is a diabetic? Does it matter which type they are (1 or 2)?

Message: Anonymous IP: proxy5-11.adl2.internode.on.net,
I would say not to apply any topical treatment because of the likelyhood of infection. Plus the fact that they use power tools on your natural nails and grind them to the nail bed in a lot of cases....You are looking for medical problems if you proceed.
