Subject: help!
Message: can you please help me with some questions that i have.
1.can you buff nails after filling?
2.what is the difference between an abrasive psate and a buffing paste?
3.when would you use an abrasive paste and when would you use a buffing paste?
4.in which direction do you buff the nails?
5.what does the term 'grit' mean in reference to buffers?

abrasive paste is rougher, helps reduce ridges etc..
buffing paste gives a nice shine.
hold the buffer between your ring finger and middle finger, stroking movements towards you.
grit is an abrasive substance.

4 hand and foot cream- moisturise
5 nail enamel - no real benefit just a paint
