Hi,
i have been a nail bitter for quite some time now. I bite them so much that they bleed. I bite past the white part that grows(yeah i dont know the name sorry). Now as a result,the nails that i bite have been like shrinking, IE the part that covers your fingers..and the the white. How can i make them normal size?

omg Josh, the FIRST thing you must do is STOP biting. There is nothing you can apply to your fingernails to give you instant, overnight, perfect nails. However, if you stop biting, that is step one. Sorry but just sayin not to bite them isnt goin to work for me. Ive been biting my nails since i was 2. Im 17 now. I bite them so much that its annoying to me. I get my nails done regularly but that doesnt work either. I have tried to put everything on them and it doesnt stop me. People always comment about them and i feel so ugly with nails like this. It actually gives me low self esteem and confidence. WHAT CAN I DO?:(

It's OK Cheryl! Don't let this person get to you, they are just trying to stir things up by insulting someone. It is sad but there are some sick puppies out there. Your best bet would be to TRY to ignore them and get back to giving out your good advice to those that are deserving of your time! :)
