Message: Being a 55 yr old male I always had very strong nails. Now, I work with paper on a daily basis and my nails have been worn down to almost nothing. They don't even reach my fingertips anymore. Is it my diet or what?

Message: Shea,
The Mayo Clinic discovered that taking something like gelatin would not make your nails grow or strengthen them. Heredity has a lot to do with our general good or ill health, but it doesn't necessarily predetermine our "destiny". The Natural Nails Growth Formula will help to stimulate cell activity, which will make your nails grow faster, and because it is lanolin rich, it will help to maintain a moisture balance, so critical to healthy nails.

Message: I also have very weak and brittle nails, but when I add gelatin products regularly in my diet I always notice though they don't grow any faster, they become much stronger. Everywhere I read on the internet it says that gelatin won't do this, but it works for me!

Message: Mary,
The Mayo Clinic says that, though those things wont hurt, they generally do nothing more than make us feel good about having done them. There is no real evidence that geletins actually make your nails grow faster or grow stronger...Nails grow from the matrix so to produce growth you need cell stimulation. That is what our Growth Formula does..Stimulates cell activity....
