I cum to know abt u whn i visited this site
Since 4 yrs i m trying to grow my nails but all in vain no way.
Now i m fed up.I can't effort anything
i hav used all home made things also!

its really strange that i hav ate many medicines also n used vegetables also but all in vain!

Have you tried prenatal vitamins? Or Jello or gelatin? Prenatal vitamins or a vitamin that is equivalent to a prenatal, is one of the best vitamins for not only nail growth and strength, but also hair growth. Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!
