 Subject: thumb sucking nail damage

My son when he was a baby was a thumb sucker and caused alot of damage to his nail. His nail had high ridges and thick waves (curves). When he stopped sucking his thumb (2 years) his thumb nail came off and in no time at all his nail came back. His little nail came back healthy and beautiful. So ladies losing a nail may not be such a bad way to lose a damaged nail. BUT PLEASE don't remove it yourself.
