i have all ways had dry crackey fingers and i was wondering how i can get that thin lair of skin i think its called the cuticle back so my nails look smaller i know thay can grow back because its growing back on 2 fingers and it looks realy stupid compaired to my other fingers so if any one knows how to get them to come back on my other fingers please reply thanks for reading

Never cut or push your cuticle back, it protects your nail. Use a cuticle oil, that will help.
And just leave the cuticle alone.....its best for your nails if you just let them be protected by the cuticle, if you dont you could harm your nails.
