Subject: Vitamin E
Message: Should i buy the vitamin E oil or take capsules? What works best for the nails? I know there are capsules you can buy and break open and use the liquid to rub in your cuticles...Whats the best? Thanks...:)

Message: The best way to use vitamin e on your nails and cuticles is to use a cuticle oil containing vitamin e. Don't break open the caplets that isn't cost effective.

Message: If you're going to use vitamin e oil, (which is a good thing) just pick up a small bottle from your pharmacy or from the vitamin isle at your grocers.
It comes in a small bottle and lasts a long time. If you purchase the capsules to suppliment your diet that is fine too, but the oil on the nails and cuticles is best to moisturise and nourish the location immediately.
I believe the oil directly to the area is best for these purposes. It will be very beneficial.
