Can anyone help with identifying the cause of my weak nails? Good diet, no meat , but fish.
My nails break/split at the tip within minutes of drinking tea or alcohol. They get stronger when I drink more water.

my nails were growing very long last month and really looked great. now, ALL of my nails are breaking below the tip of the nail-at the pinkish part of the nail bed. this is so weird. yes i take daily vits, drink water, my skin and hair are fine, i am not a vegetarian, in fact i am a nutritionist. please give information on why this is happening. (and its happening with SHORT nails?)
