I haven't for 4 months they are lovely and long! The did break @ least once as they were weak but now the are stronger!!!!!

If you find it hard to stop biting and r always thinking about biting them, instead of giving in moisurise, clean or coat them with nail hardner! I did and i found it was better & still stopped me being bored!!

Hey, I’d be happy to try anything, as long as it’s safe. I’m the old Mom of the group here….at 46, I’m sure there’s a solution for all of us. I’ve bitten my nails all of my life with only a few times off and on whereby I’d let them grow out without even realizing it. Then man, I’d have a biting good time till they were all gone again. But it’s been so very, very bad lately that I go to bed every night with my finger tips and what little nails are left are all just throbbing, and some are even bleeding. This is pure ignorance!!!! I’ve been thinking about wearing light gloves at night when I’m just sitting around watching tv or working on the computer. That seems to be the two worst times for me biting them, although I actually bite them all the time… I suppose I could go back to the acrylic nails like I did several years ago, but crap, I'd still have to figure out a way to let them grow enough to have something to glue them to...right now, it would be too painful to even to that1!1 Any suggestions?
