Subject: FINGERNAILS
Message: I USE NAILTIQUE, IT HELPS MY NAILS GROW REALLY GOOD AND KEEPS THEM STRONG. THE PROBLEM IS AFTER I STOP USING IT FOR A WEEK MY FINGERNAILS START TO SPLIT RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE AND THEY LOOK AWFUL. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Message: This is a problem with using anything to change the way your nail naturally grows... as long as you use that product, massage your cuticles, use this cream or that cream, etc. Once you stop, the benefit stops.
The best thing to do is keep using it, other wise expect them to go back to the way they were before you started.

Message: Also consider diet, stress, age, moisture content within the body....
There are many things that contribute to general good health overall..And general good health, and illnesses show up in the nails, so eat right, drink plenty of water, and taking a good vitamin supplement wont hurt either...
