You only want to apply an enhancement product if you want to keep them. And you must keep them up every two weeks. But that's a lot if you only want to prevent peeling.
Look for a product like Nail Tek II. it's for peeling nails. Don't use a hardener, that will only make the peeling worse.

Make sure that you are getting GEL and NOT Acrylic with gel over it. Better yet... go to www.beautytech.info and search for a quality Nail Tech in your area.
