Subject: Clawed Nails
Message: I did acrycli overlays on a person with kind of clawed nails, where from the stress pt area is the highest point of the nail and it goes outwards and downwards.
After the overlays, it still seemed somewhat clawed. Is there anyway to make it less clawed??

Message: You can only minimize the "look" of the clawlike nails.
If you used tips and they had any kind of curve to them, it's going to exaggerate the claw look. Try a more straightlined tip the next time and keep them short (an active length so to speak). That will help minimize the curving to an extent too.
The only other way if you didn't use tips is to keep them short. It's hard to hide the situation as it is, but one thing you can do is make sure you keep the stress area thin. Look at it from the sides and flatten with a file if you need to.

Message: I have this problem too & it drives me nuts! I can easily
grow my nails long but one side cuvers down and twists
into the 'claw' look. I have to keep them short because of it.
What do you mean by keeping the 'stress area thin?' Is there
anything else that will help this?
