 Subject: Butchered nail from nail bitingMessage: I have bitten my nails off and on...more so on. Recently I was able to refrain from biting and had long pretty nails then caved in. My right index finger suffered the most. I was able to bite the nail and rip the top layer (bit by bit) to where it ended at the base (white moon part at the bottom) persay. That made it thin at the base and I ended picking until it made a hole. Well then the nail bed started poking through (and I managed to whack it a few times at work) My big question...will the nail grow back. I know I'm a doof for even biting in the first place.. |
