Subject: Dents in fingernail
Message: Hi. I have these small little dents in my fingernail. I haven't banged it or anything. But everyday I notice more of them. It's just on one nail too. I was reading about psoriasis, but I do NOT have any skin condition. I just can't find any information about little dents on your fingernail. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Message: There can be all kinds of reasons for the dents. Genetics, aging, change of diet, illness, stress, change of climate or enviroment... and the list goes on and on. Usually it's just the normal aging process or the things we are doing throughout the day. I found by using the product on sold on this site, Natural Nail Growth Formula, my cuticles and my nails improved greatly and many of the ridges and dents I had have diminished noticibly. Check out it!!! If it's something that is really bothering you, you can try adding a diet suppliment. One I use and so do some other ladies here is called Andrew Lessmans Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails. I get it from HSN.com.
You might also consider a visit to the doctor who can rule out any health issues that might be causing it!
Hope that helps.

Moi is correct, genetics is usually one of the bigger reasons. Plus environmental causes.....
The Natural Nails buffing cream will help to smooth the surface of the nails. The Growth formula will increase the rate of growth through cell stimulation.
