Subject: What are you "thankful" for?
Message: I have so many things to be thankful for.....my family, freedom, health and the list could go on and on. I am especially thankful for the friends that I have found on this forum. 2006 was a difficult year for me and my family, especially with the loss of my Mom. Thank you, to each and every one of you. I hope that your Thanksgiving is special and that you create some memories will bring you a life time of joy. I love you all, Deb

Message: You are one of those rare gems, like some of the other ladies involved with this forum.
Thankful for:
Gods guidance and forgiveness,
the sacrifice of his son for the atonement of our sins,
my family,
my friends,
my home,
and so much more....
Thank you all for being an important part of my life.

Message: I am so thankful for my awesome children and that my Heavenly Father entrusted them to me. I am greatful for my grandchildren and the faith in humankind their innocense has renewed in me. When I see how many countries are governed, I am thankful that I live here in the USofA where I can practise my religion without fear of reprisal or oppression. I am thankful that my parents are still with me, though sometimes I wish my mother would hush up a little ;)
More than anything else, I am thankful for God the Father's plan, for the path to salvation that has been laid out for us all to follow, if we would only choose to, and for His Son, Jesus Christ who through him ALL things are possible. Even for someone such as myself.

Message: Hi Ladies: I haven't been around for a while. Been busy with Thanksgiving & now getting ready for Christmas. A friend forwarded me this little poem the other day it was truly uplifting. I wanted to share it with you all. It was for Thanksgiving but it is applicable for any time of the year:
Count your blessings instead of your crosses;
Count your gains instead of your losses.
Count your joys instead of your woes;
Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your smiles instead of your tears;
Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your full years instead of your lean;
Count your kind deeds instead of your mean.
Count your health instead of your wealth;
Count on God instead of yourself.
