I had the kit with the biofusion (I think that's the grafting serum but I'm not sure) and I had the flouride and calcium treatment. My nails and cuticles became VERY brittle and I contacted their CS several times and though they were very kind and helpful, their suggestions did not help. But, to answer your question... if it's the little serum caplets you're asking about, all you do it break one open, apply 1 drop on each nail and using your finger tip, pat it gently working it all over the nail. You have to allow it to dry or it will peel/roll right off. I stopped using PS when I got my NGF and, regretfully, several months after using NGF I ran across my PS and started applying it again (I'm too cleap to throw it out). My nails and cuticles became very brittle again. Hope this helps. |

I had a terrible experience with this stuff like several of the ladies here. Everything was dried out beyond imagination but the cuticles lead the long line. I called their CS too regarding the ProStrong not staying on. They were nice too but they didn't solve my problem. They gave me a suggestion of slightly filing the nail with the filing block so the polish would adhere better. I did so but it didn't help. "Sandpapering" only lead to the biofusion stuff to be removed, IMO and I don't think I just want to "throw my money down a rathole." I tried to find the thread on the QVC boards that you are referring to, Barbara, and wasn't successful. Can you provide me with a bit more info? It got to be tooooo "step intensive" if you know what I mean. Remember, I'm a wham, bam, thankyou maam kind of girl! I can't understand how "this stuff" is patented!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
