Subject: Buffalo, NY & Snow
Message: I know we have a few people here from NY so I'm wondering if you've had any of that white stuff. Thank heavens we haven't even seen a flurrie here. I took in a plant of mine last night because we had frost but I'm wondering how long that will last. This is a plant that came to be through cross-pollination so I don't have the heart to put it to its death yet.

Message: hey hol,
i live an hour south of buffalo and i have green grass and my trees are still standing! absolutely nothing here. typical lake effect snow. comes in over the length of the lake and dumps-only this time it was buffalo and not us. our turn will come. it's just way too soon for this kind of wet, heavy stuff.

Message: I agree, Cheryl. Way too soon. Supposedily I've heard the weathermen say it shouldn't been too bad a winter for snow. We shall see! Probably they're are wrong just like everything else. I live on a mountain in NJ so it's free game here. A surprise basically!
