Subject: One week
Message: It's been a week since I started using NGF twice a day. I notice that my nails aren't as dry looking when I get up in the morning. I believe it's increasing flexibility and my nails were too soft and bendable to start with. Is bendable a word? They bend backward, forward, and sometimes sideways without breaking but they weaken and then tear off. I lost two this week from a bad case of the bends. What's the scoop? Is soft and flexible the results you all are looking for? I'd like a little structure, for lack of a better word.

Message: Val,
What is it that you do to bend your nails backwards girl?
Just concentrate your efforts on the matrix of the nails, and cut back to once a day. May be that will help.
Keep me posted.

Message: It doesn't take much to bend them backwards, or down over the end of the finger. If a nail hits the key on the row above where I'm typing it bends backwards. Today they bent backwards when I was trying to pick up coins from a table. And when I accidentally smacked my finger on the refrigerator door. Anyone else's nail would've snapped off when it hit the door but mine bent backwards and left a white line on the nailbed. ouch!
