 Subject: I ordered a few days agoMessage: Hi! I'm impatiently waiting for my order to arrive. Thanks to the person at QVC who suggested googling nail growth formula. I read the forums there every once in awhile but the rudeness is too much on a daily basis. lol I've always had dry nails and crappy cuticles that would crack and get infected. I was a nail biter for 36 years. I'm 55 now and even though I'm not biting my nails are still thin and weak. I hope NGF works for me like it does for you. Linda |
| cheryl IP: 206.159.161.156 8/31/2006 11:34:39 |  RE: I ordered a few days agoMessage: Linda, just dedicate a full 30 days to the twice a day rubbing in of the NG formula. a little goes a long way! i too, was a lifelong nail biter and fell into the acrylic nightmare for a few years. my nails are pink, healthy and hydrated. i know i sound like a commercial, at times, but i really have used this product for 5 years and it has made me proud of my hands and fingernails. you will notice the difference first in your cuticles. just have patience, and enjoy using the product. |

Just do what she said about the 30 days to get your nails started. Remember, NO nailpolish for this 30 days. Then once a day use the product (more can never hurt) and you can graduate to the nailpolish. You'll notice your nails getting harder as the days progress and you won't need nailpolish for its strength. With me I noticed just in less than one week that the layers of my nails seemed to fuse together and they no longer split/peeled. Everyone is different though and I know Spears is having a hard time of it. I've only been doing this NGF since May and my nails look gorgeous and I really don't wear nailpolish any longer. Every day is a new experience for me. Where do you live? I live in NJ and even on a holiday weekend Barbara got the product to me within days. I was VERY surprised but thankful. As with any new product you're anxious to try it to see if it "promises" and this one does. If you have ANY questions please post and one of the beautiful ladies here will surely answer any questions you have. |

If the river floods out our road the mailman won't be able to get here and I won't get NGF until next week. Yes, cheese would be good with my whine. I haven't used nail polish in over 10 years. My nails seemed to break easily when polished. Without polish they tear and flake. Can't win. I've probably used most oils and creams but I keep trying. |

Do not get discouraged, or just "throw in the towel!" Be mindful of the ways in which you *use* your nails. Not as screwdrivers, etc. Don't combine other products for the first 30 days except you might want to use a nice lanoline rich hand cream, which will not conflict with the formula...... No polish, NEKKED! that's the way to go for those first 30 days....just run round NEKKED! Should you decide to polish for special occasions, fine and dandy, but use a non-acetone based remover when you are ready to remove that polish... If you get frustrated, or have questions you know where to come to have your WHINE & CHEESE! |

I don't have any of either at the moment. I have tons of oils and creams that don't work though. It sure will be different not use two or three or four different things everyday. |

It's so nice not the use the many steps that you have to do with ProStrong. That didn't even work for me anyway. Just dried out my cuticles beyond imagination. You'll find out after a while that your nails grow so fast and you actually have to cut them. I have to do the cutting thing about every 3-4 weeks. It's nice especially if you do break a nail. You can play catch-up easily. I must say you seem very determined so that's a good thing! |

Everyone else says stubborn. I never understood why ProStrong put alcohol in that treatment stuff and called it moisturizing. A friend sent TIPS to me the first time it was on HSN many years ago. One thing I learned was to let someone else try it first and then jump in. Thanks ladies for being first this time! Now if that river didn't flood after *all that rain* maybe the mailman will be good to me today. Valinda |

So that means it did not get in the mail until the morning of the 30th....I would think that it should be in your box today! That gives it 3 full days from Georgia to Virginia....That should be more than enough time....If for some reason you don't receive you package in Tuesdays delivery, please let me know immediately..... Cheryl how long does it usually take you to receive your packages from here? |
