 Subject: vitamins Message: well i was looking throught the forum form years passed and i'm tryiing to figure out if there are vitamins or anything to help the nails grow faster along with the NGF...so i ran across Nail Tek or pre-natal vitamins...does anything work well with the NGF to help them grow faster? |

I take a supplement these days - GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nail Formula, which has 2500 mcg. of biotin, along with a bajillion other good ingredients. I wouldn't say my nails are growing at lightning speed, but they do grow a bit faster and my nail beds seemed to have shaped up since using this and my NGF. They had all those pesky ridges from acrylics. Now they seem to have regained their natural curve. |
