Subject: Pfizer/Revolution update.... GOOD NEWS!
Message: Believe it or not they have conceded to pay whatever the costs for Wus' recovery! We got the word from our vet that they said they will handle his bills. So I am pleased with that.... But I still suggest that you all be on guard with these things. Don't let your vet switch you to this Revolution because it "handles both issues of heartworms and the annoying fleas!" It does NOT handle the heartworms... It failed miserably, and now Wu will be undergoing whatever course of treatment there is available this fall..... We have to wait for the weather to cool off a bit. They tell us that there is a chance that he will catch pneumonia during the course of the treatments. And it is necessary to keep him cool and as calm a possible because this is all going to be such a strain on his little heart.... I can only pray that he will be safe through all of this... If anything happens to him during the course of this treatment and recovery, Pfizer has yet to hear the last out of me!

Message: This is WONDERFUL news! As Moi said our heavenly Father loves ALL His creatures so hopefully you'll bypass that pneumonia phase. I don't think revoluation was ever an option for my dog. Thank heavens my Ranger has always been on Interceptor although I just switched to K9 Advantix since it covers all of the 3 no-nos where I live (fleas, ticks and mosquitoes).

Message: Barbara - that is awesome news!! Thanks so much for updating us. I have been telling anyone who would listen about Revolution and how NOT to use it. Please keep us posted on his treatment and recovery and I will continue to keep you both in my prayers.

Message: I'm so glad they are going to help with the damages, Barb. What an awful thing! Thank you, though, for this warning.
