One week does NOT a cure make! Girl some of us have been recovering from things far worse than computers. You must be vigilant with your efforts and have the determination to stay until the job gets done. And it will get done. You are indeed on the right track. But one week is a wink in time. Don't get discouraged or disheartened.... Everyone is different and the results very greatly. So stick with this! You wont be sorry later...Besides what else have you got to do? {{{{lol}}}}

Message: have patience hoyt. it will work. i used it a full month before i saw results like growth, flexibility and overall "healthy pinkness" of my entire nail bed. i did notice from the beginning how better hydrated the cuticles and nail bed stay through the day. this process is cumlulative. keep in mind also, that we have our grandmother's and mothers "dna nail make-up" either working for us or against us. i've been using the NGF five years now. a little goes a long way. make sure you're also using a good, quality hand lotion at night. lotion with shea butter or natural oils are a good choice.

Message: hoytney,
use the NGF and then lather on lotion. you will not be detracting from the benefits of the NGF. the lotion residue that didn't "sink in" will wash away at your first handwashing, but the NGF will be protecting the cuticles for a good part of the next day.
