 Subject: NGF and nailpolishMessage: ok so i bought some of the Nail growth formula...i've been using it for a week...i have a bad habit of biting my nails if i don't cover them in nailpolish...can i use the nail growth formula over nailpolish or not??? |

It will achieve best results though if you go "nekked" for those first 30 days. If you decide to wear the polish, then concentrate your rubbing efforts around the cuticle and on the matrix. Just do NOT use a polish remover with acetone...... Do touch ups between polish removal so that you only use the remover, (non-acetone), 2x a month..... Those things are dehydrating the nails and drying the cuticles out too. So you are competing with trying to hydrate and dehydrating them! Sorry, but them's the facts mam! {{{{{{lol}}}}}} |

You'll just have to use sheer willpower. After that you graduate to once a day and can use nailpolish. I have a problem (haven't found the cureall yet) with getting my nailpolish to stay on though. I use clear polish and it only lasts at best for 3-4 days and that's with only 1 coat. It's going to take sheer persistance to not bite your nails, hoytney, but hopefully when you see the results of NGF you will find that urge to stop biting your nails. I use to have that problem so I know it's a hard one. I STILL have a problem biting my cuticles though so I'm trying to deal with that one. My cuticles are 100% better than what they use to be but I still do have issues. I'm trying though. |
