Subject: Perfection!
Message: Ladies, I have good news!
I recently found a product at Walgreens called Perfection. They are Q-tip type products (called a dual tip applicator) used for make-up, polish, etc. They have a really pointy end (pointy but soft) and a rounded flat end. The soft pointy end is PERFECT for gently cleaning under the nail AND, being the obsessive nut I am, it's also perfect for applying NGF to the underside of your nail. You can find them in the makeup area.

Message: I hate to burst your bubble, Moi, but haven't these been around for a while? Aren't they referred to something like cosmetic applicator manicurist tips." I found these about a year ago and was surprised too. I can't believe I had lived without these so long.

Message: I don't know how long they've been around, but I only discovered them a few days ago so I thought I would share it with anyone else who might not have known about them. The box doens't say manicurist tips, they just say dual tip applicators.

Message: Hey I have never heard of them.....learned something new today!Moi would they be good to use on touching up eyeliner? I have very small eyes and have to be careful not to apply eyeliner with a heavy hand...I am looking for something that I can use to correct when I do apply to much.

Message: Heya Sheltie!!!! How's it going??? Long time no read :)
I think they would be awesome for eyeliner touch up. Sometimes during the day my eyes will tear-up just a tiny bit, so with the very find end I think they would work perfectly.... Thanks for the suggestion!

Message: Just a question, but you put the ngf underneath your nail? Is there a benefit to it? I haven't been doing that and was just wondering if I should start.

Message: Amanda, I'm with you. I'd also like to know the benefits because I just use the NGF on the tops and it works like a gem but maybe I can get even better results. As for what those tips are called I'm sure they can be used for so many things. Remember, one has to be creative!

Message: I do use NGF on the underside, especially when I'm wearing clear polish. It might be overkill, but hey, I feel like I'm doing something good for my nails and I sure as shootin' aren't hurting them! :)

Message: It will not hurt anything to apply the formula under the tips of the nails. It will prevent moisture penetration and loss from the underside too! But as for stimulation the cells for growth rate increase, that is done strictly at the base/matrix of the nails. So if you want to apply a swipe under the nails, do so... It is not imperative but it wont hurt a thing. Up to you ladies!
Hol, Moi is one of those that will share all she has and all she knows with all of us. Sometimes it is something we are able to use, and sometimes it us just useless dribble..... You will get used to her, she is a real southern Cal kind of gal! {{{{{{{{{{lol}}}}}}}}}}
