 Subject: Nail Buffing CreamMessage: I have been using the nail growth formula and buffing cream for about 3 months. It is great! However, I have noticable ridges on some of my nails, and they have not buffed out with the buffing cream. Maybe I'm not buffing them long enough, how long would you buff each nail? |

Some ridges are going to take months and months if not years to disappear, and trying to buff out the bad ones will result in your taking off too many layers of your nail in the process! I know of what I speak as I too have ridges. I've been using NGF for close to a year now and they are constantly improving. I only use the buffing cream lightly about 1x a month though because my poor nails were so damaged. You should see these babies now though. I can pull out nails, drill holes and even saw through bone with them. Okay, to be honest, I haven't even tried to do those things but I sure like to think I can!!!! ;) |

Anybody familiar with PG? Anyway I had to get the tops off xerox boxes in a weird way and thought my nails could handle it. I got a nic on my thumbnail but only on the side so I was able to file it but man are those babies hard. I can only imagine what your nails are like on "you ladies" (I know very poor english) since I think you've been using NGF longer than I have. So that buffing cream is good, huh? Have you developed the ridges while using the NGF or from the buffing cream? |

There was such a noticable improvement of my nails when I started using these products that I thought I could have perfect smooth nails immediately. Hol, I had ridges on my nails before I started using NGF and the buffing cream. The buffing cream made a huge improvement on a few of my nails right away, so I thought they should all be smooth and perfect by now. I recommend the buffing cream, and as Moi shared use it faithfully, but sparingly and the results will come. |
