 Subject: California Wild Fires AGAIN!Message: Moi, How close to you are those Yucca fires? I just heard that they have consumed 37,000 acres thus far!!!!! I have been so busy lately, my youngest son Joey, is in and out of the hospital lately, but today we are going to the Orthopedic and Neurological Center for an appointment with the surgeons! We will see what comes next... I just wanted to poke my head in here for just a minute and see if you are okay. Hi everybody! Sorry I have been so absent lately. Meg is supposed to go to girls camp but the fires are pretty close to the camp so I'm not sure what will happen. That's 7-31 so there's time to put them out but every year I get concerned. This year I've been really worrying about it and even told her that I wasn't sure she should go but it's actually the first year she really WANTS to go. I don't know sometimes - is it the Spirit prompting me or just indigestion? ;) Well, I'll keep ya posted. Remember the pics I sent of the last fires???? There's no wind - not even a breeze right now which is a blessing for the firefighters. It's supposed to hit 108 today which makes it harder on them. Please keep them all in your prayers. |
