Subject: good skin cream?
Message: Hi guys
I've noticed that many of you have a lot of knowledge about a lot of beauty products. I just wondered if you had any thoughts on moisurising creams that are good on more mature skin. I do get the odd spot (yes wrinkles & pimples)
but I want something that really plumps up the skin and will make me look ravishing !!! I just bought a pot of Lancome face and neck cream and it cost about $130 Aust. They say you only need a teeny teeeny bit but I've used half a pot in two weeks so won't be buying it again. I'd be grateful for your help.

Message: For those really bad NJ winters I use Elysee Liposomal Creme. My skin is so dry during the winter that I would literally be screaming in pain because my face hurt so much. I get it on the HSN shopping channel and after so many years of looking this is what works best for me. It's not greasy at all so I can wear it under my makeup. Now I don't know if this is available to you. The shipping would probably cost alot for you anyway since it has to be shipped OS. I would ask your friends. Remember though "what works for one may not necessarily be right for you." That's the old adage, huh?

Message: Helen - I'm trying to think what you might be able to buy there without much troubles. A nice luxurious cream for really dry skin is L'Occitane Ultra Riche Face Cream. Another good line is CeraVe because it is reasonable and contains ceramides which are good for plumping and hydrating. I buy that in drugstores, but many dermatologists are starting to carry it. Another line that is excellent is Elizabeth Arden. I've learned (the hard way) that you don't have to spend a fortune for quality skincare.
