Message: they are a bad idea, justine, especially for nails that are already weak to begin with. as for nail strengthening products, you're already there. scroll down to the home page and you'll find information on the Nail Growth Formula that most of us, here, use.

Message: Justine,
There are NO safer nails than our own natural nails. Applying topical treatments of any kind will in some way damage, by at the very least dehydrating the nails. So invest some time in energy into making your natural nails the best they can be rather than investing in fakes of any description.

Message: I have to agree with Cheryl, Justine. There is nothing like natural nails. Just DON'T go with the flow and do what your friends are doing! I'm fairly new with this Nail Growth Formula and even I can't say a bad thing about it. If you're worried about cost this NGF is actually cheaper than ANYTHING I've seen. Whether it be acrylics (very bad idea) or those nail hardeners you brush on and PROMISE, they don't say what it will do to your cuticles like dry them out beyond imagination. It states that the large jar of the NGF will last a minimum of 3 months. Try maybe 6-7 months. Now that's cheaper than those other hardeners that make "the promise." That "promise" is ONLY to take your money and make them rich.
