 Subject: Heart Check up went OK!Message: My heart Doctor changed my meds again! But he said that things were improving since I had removed myself from the Q arguments. Seems my BP and Stress levels are back to something tolerable now! So the lesson here is: If you know, to your core, that you are doing something right, or good, other opinions are not important. So share with those interested, those of like mindedness* (new word), the truths you know, and brush the dust from the soles of your sandals as you leave behind those in total opposition! How's that for self discovery? |

He finally got out of it and owns his own business now. His wife is much happier! My Dad left the force because he said the legal system was a revolving door for the criminal! He just couldn't stand it any longer. I know you're stress level went way down after leaving. I just take things very personally. That can be as big a curse as it is a blessing at times. |

Message: I feel so sorry for police officers...they try to make a difference and your Dad was right that they arrest them and the courts let them go.I know your SIL has to be alot happier because your brother put his life on the line for terrible pay,benifits,and no respect from the public. |

I also believe that stress can really bite you in the butt (or heart!). The cool thing about this is that it is something under our control and doesn't require a prescription. While I'm sure your meds helped you too, the stress elimination probably took you at least 1/2 the way there. Congrats! |

I guess we don't realize what a major role stress plays on health. Friday my whole world came crashing down. My hubby is involved in the stress thing at work and this weekend he is seriously considering resigning his position at work even to the point where he wrote a letter. He was having heart difficulty a few months ago and ran to the doctor. Everything checked out fine and I told him I can be 100% sure his health is related to stress. Apparently it's happening all over again and he's had it because he's in stress city again. He's the type of guy that refuses to do something that is against his beliefs and that's what's happening at work. He has been made the scapegoat many times. I'm sure there is more to it but he hasn't shared it with me. I'm on the rollercoaster again since he'll probably be out of work AGAIN but he can't play the networking game successfully while employed. Please just keep us in your prayers! |

It is all right there. I too have problems with the fact that I will not take blood or blood products. Really hard to find a doc that is willing to understand the reasoning. On that same note....I started back with my bible study once a week, and I KNOW that is why things are beginning to get back on track for me. If we pay attention, all of the answers are right there in front of us. We just have to ask the right questions. Lynnie, Cold just simply HURTS now! I have no compunction to go snow boarding! At this age I don't even water ski any more. Old bones break too easily!!!!! {{{{{lol}}}}} |
