Subject: Prolonging manicure on natural nails
Message: Hi, I am getting married this weekend. I wanted to get my nails done earlier in the week. Unfortunately, I just want to get a French mani on my natural nails. Does anyone know a way to prolong the look. Mine tends to chip fast/easily. Someone said I could probably put a thin coat of acrylic over them, but I do not want to ruin my natural nails! Any suggestions or ideas? THanks alot!!!

Message: Hi Stacy,
You might consider putting on a clear topcoat to protect your manicure. Just be absolutely certain not to *smudge* them while they are drying. That is always an issue. Keep the clear coat thin but consistant.
CONGRATS ON YOU WEDDING!

Message: Congrats on your upcoming nuptials, Stacy! Just the mention of weddings brings back glorious memories. Now considering I'm not as knowledgeable as Barbara when it comes to nails I guess I'd also agree with her though. I can just imagine how you'll be running around like a chicken without a head so anything you can cross off your list of things to do earlier will help, huh?
