 Subject: Just visited Q...1st time in months......Message: Did any of you read the posts on "Anyone Ever Have their account closed by the "Q" ? I can not believe how many of those women think it should be okay to order, return, order, return, order, return, order, return! Is it just me? The time consumption, the packaging issues, the record keeping. And Q is HUGE! So it must be a nightmare to keep up with all of that! What is your opinion? |

I'd like to know their percentages of returns and maybe with that a light blub will go on if those percentages were laid out right in front of their noses. I kind of don't think so though. Who do they think is picking up the cost of their constant returns? I guess no matter what they'd be clueless anyway. Those are threads I dare not get involved in for fear someone (and I know it would be someone) would jump down my throat! I do return but apparently they do an absorbanent amount of returning! Am I making sense? |

Message: you do make sense. people don't seem to have a conscious too much anymore, especially on returns at this magnitude! i do have to say, though, when the items are being presented, the hosts do emphasize that anything can be returned for 30 days, many, many times. it's just being taken advantage of way too much. it's easy to do when you can order on line and never have to actually talk to anyone. |

Last night, on a very controversial thread, a poster who joined yesterday, posted all of the original poster's personal information, email address, emails concerning her late significant other's information, and thought she was perfectly justified in doing so. She said that the original poster put it "out" there and it should be known by everyone. It was so disgusting!! The post has been removed, thank God, but these women are crazy!!! |

Message: I had read a post months ago that a woman would order an item in every size..like 1x,2x,and 3x to see what size fit and then send back the ones that did not.This lady orderd alot and could not understand why the QVC sent her a letter telling her that they were going to cancel her account.Some of these people really have some major problems. I don't know about them but I can't stand returning things. It's such a pain but the swimsuit thing is a fate worse than death. When you have a shorehouse a swimsuit is definitely in your wardrobe! |

Message: Hey Hol I can understand on certain items doing that but this lady would do it on every order and she said she would place orders several times a week and then was complaining that they were going to cancel her account.She had given a number of returns that they said she made a month and I cannot remember the exact number but it shocked me that it was so much...I remeber thinking that I could never return that much in a one year let alone one month. I am sure that the people who get the letters have to really go over the top. Lori |
