Message: I am no where a proclaimed nail techician at all but NAIL TECH you ask why is this nail stuff is still on the market? Well, why are cigarettes still on the market after MANY studies that nicotine is definite no-no????????????????????? What about HRT? Not until after the fact when the future of women's health has been put at risk due to this is it realized that HRT can do more harm than good. Do I need to come up with more examples? I do not want to cause an argument at all but just want to give you the reality check you so desperately need. I realize this is your livelyhood but you give me a break and I take it personally when you attack this ladies personally! They are only trying to help. There's always someone who invades a bulletin board and spews unnecessary nonsense.

Message: Whoever said it (too lazy to read some threads) but these people who harp on acrylics usually are not seen again when we shoot them down a few pegs. I know that was harsh but you know who I mean. You attack me and I attack you. What can I say? You treat me with respect, etc. and I'll surely do the same for you.

Message: Hi ladies! 100 years ago (LOL!!! - over 20 anyway) I had acrylic nails. One time the girl put so much stuff on my thumb nail, I could have used it for a club, and she couldn't buff it down. It was really terrible. OK, that aside, I continued to have nails applied and filled, until one day, my nail became so hot, even to the nail tech, she couldn't even touch my nail to do her work. I told her that she should be on my side of the nail. Needless to say, I had the nails removed that day, and never had them applied again. I have never had nice nails, until I started using NGF. I'm 57, I eat right, I take vitamins and supplements, but my nails have always been terrible. I have used every nail strengthener, hardner from relatively inexpensive to very expensive, and NOTHING worked until NGF.
The burning sensation is a sign of toxins and will cause more than your nails heating up. As nice as the acrylics look, the NGF is healthier and better for you. This is just my experience and opinion, and I am not the absolute authority, but I can tell you what happened to me, and it wasn't pleasant. It tooks months and months for my nails to look even "normal for me" again, and they were in worse shape when I took the acrylics off.
