Message: cher,
i do it at night right before i go to bed using my digital clock. when i do it during the day i just guess at it, but go over on some, and less on others, i'm sure. the full 10 minutes is important, but everyday and the massage itself is also up there too.

Message: I do the full 10 mins.....1 minute for each nail. I use my computer here at work and when the minute changes I begin and when the next minute changes I move onto the next finger and so on. If I apply on my lunch, I use the clock in my car, same procedure. My night time application I put on out in the garage while watching TV, we have a clock out there that has a second hand, so once it's gone completely around I move onto the next finger until all 10 are complete. Hope this helps!

Message: I vote for the digital clock that Cheryl uses too. I do it watching tv and massage it into my nails for the full 10 minutes. Yeah I'm actually done before but I give my nails the full benefit of 10 minutes. When you do it in front of the tv it's a no-brainer and at that time of day I can't take much brain stimulation (lol).

Message: I even find that the massaging has become a bit of a habit with me now and I catch myself doing it when my hands are free and I haven't got the ngf anywhere in sight! Hopefully the action stimulates the blood flow and is beneficial anyway.

Message: That little *rubbing habit* is also a great way to replace a biting habit with something a lot more constructive. It has actually worked for a number of my clients. So the rubbing is a good thing!
