Message: I have the same problem....think it's hereditary? LOL! I have had some luck in using a pomice stone and Oil of Olay body was for VERY dry skin. I comes in a yellow and white bottle. But I soap up my feet with the OOO and scrub like heck on my heels.....not too heavy obviously or you will end up with very soar if not bloody heels. Then I put on my Qtica intense cuticle cream. So this is getting a little expensive, but Qtica does make an INTENSE foot cream. Wanna give it a try?

Message: I used "heel of approval" and "shea it isn't so" by BBW...use at night and wear cotton socks for awhile. Both are really good but now I use 100% shea butter and then wear socks for a while...this works even better for me here in CO where it is really dry... Don't forget to put a little NFG on your toes!

Message: Christi and Cher, I just got from the Q the "Microplane Foot File." Takes some getting use to since it's just like the microplane you use for cheese, etc. When you use it on your feet when you think you're done that probably means you've gone too far and your heels will hurt the following day so be careful. Next step is when I walk my dog in sneakers daily before I leave the house I put 100% shea butter on my heels (include the ball of your foot, etc.) and my feet get soft from the sweating within my sneakers. It's worth a try anyway. If you don't have a dog to walk (lol) do the shea butter thing before you exercise.

Message: I've heard shea butter works.......what about olive oil? They say you can use it on your cuticles so why not your heels? BBW is Bath & Body Works.

Message: I use 100% shea butter at bedtime and wear socks. I bought mine on E-Bay. Works great for hands at night too with lightweight cotton gloves. Although I do end up pulling them off before the night is over. My sister uses vaseline on her feet, with socks. She buys the baby-scented vaseline in the baby department. I plan to try that when I get some picked up. It would be cheaper!

Message: I'm thinking anything really greasy would work. I have not tried the olive oil but why not. I would think it's messy though but who am I to judge.

Message: Sorry....I should have had you go to the main page http://www.msmpaingel.com If you hold your cursor over the "Product Info" you should get a drop down menu for all their products. My nail lady turned me onto the MSM Capsules. It's great for a lot of things, but also great for hair and nails! If you click on "shopping cart", you will see all the products and their prices. Hope this helps!
