 Subject: how does ngf work on nailsMessage: hi,rec'd my ngf today & wondered how does this product actually work to make your nails grow & get healthy & strong,are you feeding the matrix or is it feeding the nail bed? how was this product brought about, who discovered this treatment and how long has it been in use? I guess I wasn't convinced when Lynnie suggested this on the QVC boards and went to Nailtek and that was a no-go. Out of desperation I went to the NGF since many on the QVC boards raved about this product. I'm quite please though that I made the jump. |

I just received my product yesterday and so far I'm doing it and rubbing my cuticles like crazy! LOL! I can't wait to see my nails progress into healthy strong long nails! |

Just take it from me what the ProStrong does to your cuticles and the skin around your nail (makes them real thick) just isn't worth it! When I looked up ProStrong on the QVC boards I didn't get many positive reviews but I was hard-headed and didn't want to believe it so I continued with the product longer than I should have (BIG mistake). I have been using the NGF exactly as ladies here have suggested. Before when I went without polish my nails would break easily. Splitting and peeling were ALWAYS BIG issues. I constantly brushed on crazy glue over the split and cut a piece of tissue to the size of the break to strength it until hopefully it grew out. Alot of times I wasn't lucky enough to grow it out! I can honestly say with the NGF my nails have not broken since they are without polish. I'm trying to convince a friend of mine to go the NGF route but she seems resistant and I don't want to seem to pushy. I forgot to mention about the cuticles. They have improved GREATLY but are not 100% yet. God only knows how one of the QVC models (Lorraine) boasts about the ProStrong products! |

That was the thing that sold me! I thought how can so many ladies say so many positive things about ONE product. I figured the money I spent on Qtica polish, ProStrong, TIPS, NutraNail and many many others, for a drop in the bucket that the NGF costed even if it didn't work I still had all the other stuff didn't and I would just keep trying until I found MY product. I think I have found it! I've only been using the NGF for about 2 1/2 days and I'm liking it so far. I can't wait to see the results in a month or two! |

I also said to myself considering all I have spent on nailcare the NGF is like a drop in the bucket! Maybe I'll suggest my friend to go to this forum and hopefully that will convince her! Thanks, I never thought of that! Sometimes .......... I'm so glad your nails are responding so well. Since I'm a newbie with this product too from what I have read it only gets better. |
