I buff about every 14 days, but your routine can be whatever you choose. Do not ever *buff* with a "file" type implement. Use only a soft buffer designed specifically for the surface of the natural nails. |

I have a feeling the nails were too weak/long to keep them this way since I was just in the beginning stages of using the Growth Formula. Since I have cut them back but they are no where short. After a week of using the formula my nails are much, much stronger so I have not had to file the nails because of nicks. I simply don't get them. Should I knock on wood? This seems too good to be true and I'm just waiting for a nick. |
