 Subject: RefundsMessage: I'm new and I am a little skeptical. Why don't you offer any refunds? It says because there is no guarantee that people are using it right, but that doesn't see like a good enough answer. Everyone offers a refund and I might be more inclined to purchase this product knowing if it doesn't work for me (because not all products work for everyone), I at least could get my money back, less shipping of course. Please explain this to me. Thanks. |

If all the positive things you've read about the product, and let me remind you not "one" negative thing has been said about the product, isn't enough then I don't know how to convince you. I really do hope you'll try the NGF and these comments alone will be enough to convince you to give it a try. |

I am sorry I must do this. I have seen on other forums and bb's where women laugh about returning items after using them. While I would love to be able to trust that the product would be used, I too have to have a bit of healthy skeptic lurking! It costs to run the credit cards, (for both charges and refunds,) for packaging, you understand the reasoning I am sure. If I thought for one minute every order would be used as per the instructions, I would absolutely offer money back because it really is just that great a product. I have had conversations with women and trusted that they were serious about the use of the product and given a verbal guarantee personally, and not one of these ladies or gentlemen have asked for that refund. I did give a refund some years back, because of the odor of the earlier formula! It was rank! It is now refined and not unpleasant. No complaints in that or any other department actually. |

All of the positive feedback on this board has actually helped in my decision to purchase NGF. I just know that not every product is made for every person and felt as if I gave it a good honest try and for some strange reason it didn't work I would at least be refunded a "partial" amount or something. As Hol said it doesn't sound like rocket science LOL! I'm looking forward to using this product and hope that it is the product for me. |
