Message: cher,
ridges in the nail beds are usually genetic. acrylic damage can cause them, but usually only takes months to grow out. the Nail Growth Formula will produce a healthier, more hydrated nail growth and nail bed, but it won't get rid of the ridges. they can be buffed out, but it's better to just let them grow out if they weren't genetically handed down to you.

Message: sorry, it was a little confusing. if your ridges are genetic then you will continue to get them. if they were caused by acrylic damage or biting then they can be gently buffed out over time. undo your CAPS-you're "screaming" at us ;) !!!
