Subject: honeybee polish staining yellow?
Message: The water based polish from honey bee wont stain nails yellow like other polish? and if NGF is sued for a couple of months with no polish then regular polish is used for a few days then taken off and not used again and the NGF is continued will any yellowing occur?

Message: I can't comment specifically on the honeybee nailpolish but I wouldn't think it would yellow your nails. I live by nailpolish so since I just started the NGF my nails will be naked for a month and then I can go back to the nailpolish from what the girls here have said. Someone here suggested to give my nails a break between polishes for a few days which sounds like a good idea. Sorry I'm not more help.

Message: meredith,
maybe melissa, the owner of honeybee, will chime in and answer your concern about honeybee polish. you should not expect yellowing with honeybee or just from polishing for a few days, then removing.

Message: Meredith - I have used both types of polish since starting NGF. I don't think the Honeybee yellowed them one bit. Regular polish seems to yellow mine if I use it over a week. No matter what type of polish I use, I give myself a good 2 or 3 day intensive NGF treatment in between. By intensive, I mean I go back to rubbing it in twice daily. That, along with a light buffing, usually takes care of any yellow.
