 Subject: My ProgressMessage: Barbara, I'm sort of a newbie and have been using NGF for two months. The first month I did the 10 minutes 2x per day and now I am doing 10 minutes once a day and supplementing with Vitamin E oil. I have been very diligent as directed. My nails look great --clean, neat and healthy and thanks from the bottom of my heart. I still don't have any length -- no tips whatsoever. I started with the buffing cream once or twice a week and that puts a beautiful shine on them but I was wondering how long before I will see the "growth" spurt. I am patient but hopeful at the same time. I have never had nice nails and I know I am onto something wonderful and many thanks again. VA Debbie |

Sometimes, due to environmental conditions like the cold weather, the nails are a bit on the difficult! But you keep going. One day you'll look at them and WOW! There they are. You are so on the right track, so don't get discouraged. Rub, rub, rub! Keep that formula rubbed in, and they will kick over when you least expect it! So keep us posted and let us know when the metamorphosis takes place. |

In addition I have ordered and received the Andrew Lessman Healthy Hair Skin and Nails vitamins and have just started on those. Maybe that will help, too. I got that advice from the message board. This is the first message board I have ever posted to. I read everything and have gotten a lot of good advice. Wonderful following you are blessed with and that's because of the person you are! Good things always come to good people. I will let you know when "IT" happens and then I will try the honeybee gardens nail polish and remover. See--- I really do read what's here! Lynnie, is it okay to take two at a time? I have read that maybe spreading them twice a day is better for absorption. That just makes it more likely for me to forget. Yes, Barbara, I had my acrylics off about two weeks after New Years' and that's when I went searching the web and found you lovely people. I have never had nice nails and have raised three darling sons and never took care of them. Lotsa cooking, cleaning and laundry, so this is a new indulgence.
