Subject: Day 10
Message: I am still using faithfully at least twice a day. My nails are still soft and continue to split and tear off. My ridges are still major and the cuticles are ugly because I am leaving them alone and not trimming and they are growing longer and longer. I am distressed about the cuticles as I think they make my hands look unkempt and sloppy - even if the nails themselves are improving. Sigh.

Message: Good job on remaining faithful!! When you're massaging in the NGF, be sure and gently push the cuticles back trying not to tear them. And, on the occassion when I get a really dry, torn cuticle, I do clip it, being very careful not to disturb the healthy part of the cuticle.
I hope this helps!

Message: Day 10! Great start...but that is just what it is, a great start. There is no *instant gratification* so be patient, it will do the trick if you keep up the efforts.
You have enough of the formula in that jar for at least 3 months, so you rub until that jar is empty. It will make all the difference. But Moi is right about gently pushing back the cuticles while rubbing in the formula.
Don't get discouraged and give up...You have already paid for the product, so get your monies worth and your results will be worth the investment of your money and your time and efforts.

Message: You are going to see LOTS of improvement when you have hit one month. And, by then, your rubbing routine will seem like part of your life. I look at it as my mini massage for the day! When I rub it in, I make short strokes towards my cuticles and it pushes them back. You can't even see my cuticles anymore. If I polish I don't have to push them back at all. Keep up the good work! It's worth it.
