Subject: Does anyone have a favorite eye cream....?
Message: Okay, I looked in the mirror this morning and saw lines around my eyes! Not good. Does anyone have a favorite eye cream/gel that they're using? And have you seen results with using it?

Message: Morning, Queen Bee! I'm a big Dr. Denese fan and rely on her Restoreyes and Triple Strength Eye Cream. The Restoreyes has some retinol but is very emollient. I use it on lids too. My eyes felt and looked better after just a couple days, but the effects are cumulative. If you want to go the natural route, I read rave after rave on QVC for the Burt's Bees Under Eye Repair Serum. The price is right on this one. If you can't find it in a drugstore, I think drugstore.com has it.

Message: Thanks, Lynnie. I'll check out the Dr. D. My pack out guy used to do her pack out for Q, so maybe he still has some product laying around the warehouse. I tried the Kiss My Face and the Burts and didn't like either of them. Re: L'Occitane, my hubby uses it more than I do (though he'd never admit to it!) and he seems to like the 20% shea hand creme better than the pure 100% shea butter, for what that's worth.

Message: it would take a miracle to get my husband to put lotion on his hands! he always gives me the "screwed-up face" when i put lotion on mine. "how can you stand that greasy feeling" look! if someone forced him to do it, he would be at the sink in 10 seconds washing it off! he's the one that puts lip balm on and then rubs it off with his finger. he's a strange one sometimes!!
wish i had a suggestion for eye cream melissa, but i'm so oily, when i have used it in the past, it "migrates" down and caused breakouts! between my mom and grandmother, i've got the corner on the market, on oil and shine! i'm not feeling too grateful about it yet!!!

Message: My hubby uses hand lotion, but he has a method he uses. He puts the lotion on the backside of one hand and rubs it in with the backside of the other. One day, he got a little on the palm of his hand and had to go wash his hands in hot soapy water and start over. I was like :::cricket, cricket:::

Message: Queen Bee - I've never enjoyed using ANY Burt's Bees products! lol They all smell rancid to me and I bet the eye repair is no different. Definitely check and see what you might be able to get in ANY of Dr. D's products. Just one caution on the Restoreyes. People complain it is rich and gives them milia. Use sparingly and once daily if you think that could be an issue. ANY of her serums are wonderful as well. I don't even bother looking elsewhere for skincare, I'm that happy. Also appreciate that she is a scientist as well as a dermatologist.

Message: Hey everyone,
Here is a great web site for product reviews
http://www.makeupalley.com/board/ They have every type of product reviewed to help you decide which will be best for you. I use it all the time, it's saved me some $$$ on not buying bad products.
When you go to the site up on top it says product review that's the place you want to be.

Message: i love that site too. it's saved me quite a few dollars on treatments and fragrances. it's a good, honest review site. so is cosmeticcop.com. even though she sells her own line, there is so much useful ingredient information there.
