 Subject: Today is a GREAT day!Message: I got up this morning and had nice words from Jill and Moi after letting out my frustrations. Thanks so much! I did my nails this morning as I sipped my green tea (haven't graduated to eating the leaves yet, Barbara!) and gave myself a full-fledged facial to wipe away the bonus wrinkles that came with the birthday. The sun is shining and I am ready to take on the world....or at least the day! |

You've been an inspiration to me, too, because I had stopped doing the NGF for awhile because I was too overwhelmed with other stuff in my life -even though the NGF definitely made a huge difference in my nails. Each day, I kept saying to myself to start my NGF routine again, but put it off. I will join you today and re-start my NGF. And yes, I do drink green tea (there is even white tea now which is even higher in antioxidants and has quite a mild taste) but I have no interest in chewing on the leaves! Have a great day everyone! Actually, I was avoiding the NGF more for psychological reasons right now - I'm still dealing with tremors, and I get so frightened when I do the littlest thing like plucking an eyebrow, or rubbing on the NGF or holding a piece of paper I need to read, and it emphasizes how my my whole body is having tremors and sometimes I just don't want to deal with it. But you are so right, now more than ever I need positive ME time. And my NGF is back on my nightstand ready to be a time of comfort and pampering! I need to be at the tax desk too - I am trying to find some other paperwork today - it's a clean-off-and-organize the desk afternoon! Have you noticed that the more society supposedly moves into a paperless world, the more paperwork we businessowners need to keep to verify everything??? Jill |

Read a few verses of the Bible or some poetry that you love, or even a novel! Put on those jammies and plunk yourself into bed and rub those nails and repeat after me! This was "fix up Dorothy" day. Now I am going to get in my jammies and do my nails for the second time today. THEN get some rest as tomorrow we have our 3 grandbabies here for 10 hours. I love the daylights out of them, but they do make me wonder how I ever survived raising three of my own! Have a great tomorrow everyone! I have enjoyed talking to you! |
