Subject: Wow! Lovin' the NGF!
Message: Well, I just fot my NGF kit & have been massaging the "magic potion" into my nails twice a day for 4 days now. Of course, my nails aren't much longer in just those 4 days, but I must tell you that my cuticles are smooth & healthy. Also, my nails have a nice rosy glow! I'm a jeweler & keep my nails on the shorter side by choice, but they're always so dry and splitting. I think this stuff may just be the "cure" for my nail problems! Thanks, Barbara! ;-)

Message: Hi Sky!
Magic Potion huh! It does have a certain ring to it! We will call our next creation Potion Lotion! lol
I am so glad to hear that your initial response is so positive. Your nails will continue to improve and become little jewels themselves. Thanks for letting us know, much appreciated.

Message: Oh yeah, Skygal, I felt improvement in a few days too. It's not your imagination. What still amazes me is those times I've not thought to wear gloves while having hands in detergents or cleaning agents and my nails aren't shot afterwards. They are still moist. I also can't tell you how many times I will do something careless and figure I have a broken nail to show for it. I'm shocked to look down and find nothing! You use your hands alot and are going to love the added strength.

1/27/2006 21:18:51 | Using since Mid-August. Incredible results
Message: I used to have beautiful natural nails when I was in my teens and early 20's. I had been wearing some kind of polish, mostly clear, since my teens. I was addicted to polish and couldn't bear to have nails without polish. They just felt horrible without it. In my mid-30's to 40, I was experiencing thin, peeling nails. My polish just seemed to peel right off, taking some of the nail surface with it. I even tried Nailtiques, which worked for a short time. I was convinced I had a vitamin deficiency or some other medical problem. I've been using NGF since mid-August. I decided to try it since my nails were hopeless. In the beginning, it was hard going without polish. It took about 3 months for my thin, peeling nails to grow completely out. Now, my nails are absolutely gorgeous. My only problem now is I forget my nails are long, and I'm not very careful with them, thus, I jamb them in doors or forget to pick things up carefully. I only wish I took a "before" picture with a digital camera and posted the before and after picture on this post. I love this stuff! I bought the file and the buffing cream and buffer too. I can't say enough good things about all of these products. I didn't realize that keeping polish on my nails was the worst thing I could have done to them. Thank you Barbara!!!
Signed,
One HAPPY customer.

Message: Garrettsmom- You are so welcome! Thank YOU for saying so. (your check is in the mail! lololol)
If all goes well you will not have to go without polish for long. We are working on getting together with the creator of a water based nail polish. It is called Honeybee Gardens. May be you have heard of it. We are getting reviews now and it is looking good. The girl that owns and created the products, Melissa, joined our discussion today so if you have questions about any of this feel free to ask your questions here.
Again thanks for the resounding endorsement. I love knowing that this product is working for so many.
Signed,
One happy manufacturer

Message: Welcome Skygal. Not only is it nice to say hi to a new friend, it's so exciting to have a jeweler on this forum. Many of us met because we are QVC shoppers, most of whom enjoy buying jewelry, beauty products, etc. It's been frustrating having beautiful rings that I used to wear because my nails were healthy way back when, and then have to stop wearing them because of unhealthy nails more recently.
So not only will you find a friendly group who loves to chat about NGF, you may get a question or two about jewelry too (well, maybe it's just me, I've taken classes at GIA for years - love those colored gemstones!!)
Welcome!

Message: Jill and Skygal - I'm a jewelry hound too. I don't buy as much as I used to, but now and then something still strikes the fancy. Rings are the biggest weakness. Am sitting here sporting my tanzanite ring with my pretty nails. I love gemstones too, but hit enough of the "common" gemstones that I had to branch out into morganite and tanzanite! lol
Garrettsmom - it's neat when someone who doesn't post here regularly shows up with another success story. Congrats!

Message: I have a jewelry question for Jill or Skygal. I am looking for a diamond with color d-f with vvs1-vs1 clarity in the .5 carat size. Where's the best place to buy something like this? I am near Jeweler's Row in Phila, and a Helzberg Diamond store is a few miles from my house.Too nervous to buy over the 'net'. How much would a diamond such as this set me back $? Gotta show off these nails now. I'm glad to hear there's a new polish coming out. I was going to ask Barbara if I could wear regular polish for 1 night, then take it off immediately.

Message: You can wear polish if you must. The Mayo Clinics recommendation is to use polish removers no more than twice a month! So if you want to continue with the polish just do touch ups between removals.
Make certain you continue with the formula and concentrate your efforts on the matrix area and cuticles.

Congratulations on your lovely nails! Isn't it just such a thrill to be able to show them off??
I'm telling you, I used to hide my hands but no more, baby!
Does Garret like the nails? My son loves mine. Backscratchers he calls them ;)
