 Subject: I'm still sick!Message: Hey ladies, I had to go back to the Dr last night to get more drugs for this bronchitis! It's been awful! To make matters worse, I have to take my good friend to her Dr..as she can't drive because she had foot surgery last week! Oh well...I guess I will only be out a few hours..then I can collapse on the sofa! I hope all of you are doing well! On the bright side my nails look good! |

So please don't overdo it - definitely come back and be a couch potato after you've run your errands. Are you on antibiotics? I'm the queen of antibiotics these days, and they can be harsh on the tummy, so consider eating some yogurt or taking acidophilus supplements (with your doctor's permission) just to keep all that healthy flora intact in the GI tract. And of course, chicken soup and hot tea always work!! Jill |

Message: denise, when i've had my bouts with bronchitis, in the last few years, i've taken an antibiotic that's a "mycin". it's called the "Z-pack". it comes in different strengths and you take 2 pills the first dose, then one pill a day for the next, either 5 or 7 days. it works so efficiently and knocks mine right out. i'm allergic to penicillin, so that crosses out a lot of antibiotics for me. |

I usually end up on steroids from asthma complications. Then there is that pee-your-pants cough after a week of coughing. I hope this batch knocks it out of you for good. |

Cheryl, I am taking Zpak and well as predisone..not sure of spelling...but its a steroid..and I think that is what is making the differnce. Hopefully I will fell like my normal self soon. Well..as normal as possible. |

You are probably doing the 5-day pack. You'll be a bit hyper, but you'll bounce back in no time. Wait till you see how fast your nails grow! |
