oh yeah, and I am humble too!
I plead guilty to being the proprietor of this lovely establishment. It is my old age baby! (so to speak!)
It is honestly a pleasure for you to be with us. And we will help you through the rough spots.
Congrats on the new JOB! If one can be happy about having to work! LOLOL! Wish I had been born rich instead of so dang beautiful!

Message: Welcome to the NGF boards! I wore acrylics for years and 3 yrs ago had them removed because I was tired of the money I was paying and the lasr fill in that I had was so painful..I thought this is not worth it!My whole life I have always had terrible fingernails until now...I started using NGF in Sept and cannot believe how my nails have grown and are so much stronger and healthy looking.I have used TIPS,Prostrong, and tons of other products that never worked for me.
I wish you luck !

Message: Nineys - I have to answer you over here on your new thread. Wow, you've had a couple fall off on their own. It's interesting how there's a little dent and you can see where each of your fills from the last few months happened! It's like the rings of a tree, huh? I used those as incentive and was always glad when particular band or ring reached the tip. After you have used the NGF cream a couple weeks, you might want to go for the buffing cream here. That helps smooth the ring thing out.
Getting rid of acrylics is like getting a divorce. It's going to UGLY before it gets better, no getting around it. But these gals here are great support on the days when you feel like you just want to duck into the nearest nail parlor.
Listen, I meant to tell you that if you are going to wait a bit before removing them, file them down in the meantime closer to your tip. Like Cheryl cautioned, they can get caught and you will see stars if that happens.
Good luck and, again, welcome!

Message: Hi Lynnie, the rings of a tree! Yep, that's exactly what they look like! I hate them and can't stand the thought of them looking like that for awhile. My nails always look so great with the acrylics! But, I know it's not good.
When I order, I will order the kit, so it will have the buffing cream as well. I will do anything to have my nails look great without anything artificial. It has never happened in my life! I will never get acrylics again if this works. I will wait a few more weeks to take the acrylics off, and file them down when they start getting too long.
